CodeFriends Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Digital Delivery

• CodeFriends courses and memberships are digital services delivered online immediately after successful payment.
• There is no physical shipment or delivery fee.

Memberships

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you've accessed fewer than 10 lessons.
• After that, prorated refunds may be possible depending on your usage. Daily usage fees are calculated by dividing the annual subscription cost by 365 days.

Individual Courses

(for example, Python Programming 101, AI Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, etc.)

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 5% of the course material has been completed.
• No refunds after 7 days or if more than 5% has been completed.

General Notes

• Requests should be directed through the Customer Center, live chat, or by emailing contact@codefriends.net.
• Invoices and receipts are available upon request.
