For monthly and yearly subscriptions, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed any lessons. Refunds are not available once you have accessed any lesson or after 7 days have passed.

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your account page(/en/me/account/membership). Cancellation stops future charges, and you can continue using the service until the already-paid period ends.
