Replit is adding Agent Customization so teams can give the AI agent their own project rules and working style. The feature has two parts: Custom Instructions and Skills. Custom Instructions are always applied across projects and sessions, so the agent can follow things like secret handling, TypeScript strict mode, and data policies without being reminded each time.
